Standard Shapes

 Other providers have shared their standard shapes with us and the set of standard shapes in Annapurna has been expanded.

Annapurna 376 is needed to show the additional shapes.

The extended list is available for download as a zip file from here:

Standard Shapes

The zip file needs to be downloaded and expanded into the "Annapurna files"\standardshapes folder. It is OK to overwrite any existing files as they will be updated with the current version.

Annapurna - checking delivery box

 Annapurna has a new module in order processing to allow a barcode reader to scan the order and which delivery box that the order has been placed in. If the order is placed in the incorrect box then an alert is raised.

Weekly Postage in Annapurna

 A new postage type has been created for those labs that will charge a weekly fee for postage.

There is a new module on the invoicing panel which will show the deliveries made for customers set to the weekly postage method between two dates. A delivery fee can then be entered for each customer. 

When the apply button is clicked then a wholesale order for the delivery is created for each customer which is then picked up in the subsequent invoice run.

Customers in Annapurrna and Solenzara

 In the Annapurna customer record, there is a field for Web Tracking. This defines if tracking is to be sent to Solenzara. 

There is an option in the daily alerts to scan the orders and set this field to Upload to Solenzara if there has been orders received via EDI.
